    Hiya,

    I’ve been doing weight watchers for 3 weeks now and have loss half a stone but i’m already beginning to lose my motivation.

    I’ve tried thinking of my children to spur me on, hanging fat pics on the fridge but come night time it all seems to go out the window as i love my takeway!!

    I’m 12 stone and really need to shift that extra weight, i feel like such a failure and i need to get it off, help me!

    well here’s some methods i use myself~i’m also on the never ending battle to lose weight!(mind u..)
    well, first of all, i hang a lot of pictures of guys i like.(well, since u’re married, juz gaze at ur husband pics a lot then..)..well, i put lots of celebs pics since i haven’t even had a first love yet..put it at strategic places.for instance, infront of the fridge and other places that u will be spending lots of time.when u feel like eating(when u’re not that hungry), look at them!it works for me in the long run though~
    and change ur mindsetting. dont diet for the sake of just because u want to shed a few pounds.it usually only keeps u working out until u lose that much pounds. have a target! like me, i want to buy clothes and i want to go to this concert! well, just for a good first impression.haha..think wantu want to do and impress..
    well, if neither of my suggestions brewed inner motivations for u, just sit down and think a little..why do u want to lose weight so much..u’ll get the answer urself!
