I’m about to move back to the United States from Europe, and I’ve actually gained quite a bit of weight here (I know, contrary to popular belief that Americans are fat and Europeans are skinny – i just couldnt avoid the delicious carbs & pastries here and blew up like a balloon!)
I’m looking for a diet that will be really effective and easy to stick to – my college roomate did NutriSystem and it worked great for her, she lost about 40 lbs, but I was wondering if anyone else had positive experiences with it?
The thing is that it’s very expensive, so I dont want to order it if most people wouldn’t recommend it – I want lose about 10 lbs, maybe 15…
I dieted last year on my own and lost 30 lbs, but I’m fearful that after this trip (and all the delicious food) I won’t be able to find that willpower again – *I’m really looking for an organized diet with a lot of structure and very little thinking*
I tried it, and the food was absolutely disgusting to me. Jenny Craig is a good program, except the food can get boring.

It works. My friend did it for about 8 months and lost a lot of weight. Try it.

I’ve tried Nutrisystem. Twice.
I personally think you should try the white tea with acai supplement…
I have not yet tried it personally(im not lying) But…i just ordered my free sample…and im waiting for delivery.
In the meantime…i did some research and Asked a question here on Yahoo… I have found out that it helps a lot in losing weight as it has tons of antioxidants than increase the metabolism rate in a person leading you to lose more and more weight on auto.
Obviously….im a staunch believer that exercises have to accompany any diet plan…but an increased metabolism will let you lose weight more faster!

A diet will deliver short-term weight loss, be it the one you’re talking about or any other, but if you want the weight not to reappear then you need something else. Permanent weight loss comes from making change…by learning new habits.
I’d recommend you have a look at the Slim Habit..it’s got great support and a Personal exercise plan too…not much thinking required…just a little resolve…
I hope that was helpful
