		<description>I stand in front of the mirror and see what I don&#039;t want to keep any more. 
I ask my sweetie to remind me that I want to loose some weight and that I would need to stop eating something bad.
Of course there is SEX! You have to talk to your partner to remind you that you want sex and that you want to try that one new thing... 
I also love certain types of clothes, so I want then to fit me as well.
Then there are my family members who struggle with weight, I look at then and how unhappy they are, I dont want to get there.
I then think of my health (I know my priorities are a bit out of sequence but this is just me), I sometimes feel after a swim, bike ride, or just walking I feel drained, I know if i was healthier this would not happen.
I also see other overweight people, I know I do not want to look like them, getting stared and made fun of as well.
It really makes me feel sad, so when we go out I make sure I drink a tall glass of water and order a larger salad but for eating anything else.
It also helps if your family is supportive, if not them a group of friends or your partner, if you can not afford a weight support group like weight watchers.

Once I got to the point of not drinking soda (sugar-filled drinks), junk food or candy, I found that I lost the desire to eat it again.

All you have to do is eat foods that are low fat exclusively such as chicken, fish, fruits, vegetables, rice, potatos sushi, low fat soups etc...anything fat free.

Then work out and you will be thin. It&#039;s very easy. 

Motivate yourself by seeing yourself thin and how great that will feel. You have one life to live why walk around being fat and not feeling good?

Don&#039;t eat anything fattening ever and work out and you will look and feel great. It&#039;s actually really really simple.
