When will I notice ample weight loss from eating clean?

I just began to really truly eat completely clean today. For those of you who do eat clean yourselves………when will I begin to lose weight/notice a significant weight loss?

Eating better is only half of the battle. You will lose weight in the beginning, but you will stop losing when your body gets used to it later. I’m a personal trainer and I’ve seen this a million times. That’s why diets don’t work. Once you stop losing weight you get frustrated and will usually stop dieting altogether.

You need to add exercise, if not daily, then at least 3-4 times a week. Change your exercise routine every 4-6 weeks and you’ll keep seeing results. Sorry, there are no easy ways to lose weight, you need to work on it. And no, green tea, acai berry, and all those other scams won’t work.
