I read in a magazine that there was a study that proved taking fish oil while exercising aided in weight loss by burning 4 lbs more than diet and exercise alone. Has anyone been taking fish oil and noticed anything? I’m currently taking 4 a day because thats what the magazine said to do and the bottle says take no more than 4 so I thought it would be ok. It can only be beneficial right?

It is not just fish oil.
Other oils that is capable of aiding in weight lost is, flax seed, cla, and sesamin.

I have used EFA’s to help in weight lost, and yes it does work. And they also help your joints too.
