how do i become taller?

Right now i am about 60-61 inches (5ft-5′1ft)and 85 pounds.I’m fine the way i am i guess but i just don’t like being short.i don’t get teased about it (well my bf kinda does but he is 13 and 5′8 so i give it right back to him).im 13 years old turning 14 in a few weeks. lots of people say im too healthy but thats only because im a kid who doesnt like fast food, ice cream,cake, and doesnt drink soda.those are all choices i made.i excise alot when i was in the country i ran about 10 miles a day with my dogs but now im in the city and its not quiet or safe.but before school started i would swim about 2 hours a day so i reshaped myself my pants didnt fit me because i gained muscle and weight but the extra weight was 3 pounds in muscle so i have an outline of a four pack a flat belly my arms are cut so im pretty fit. i have started puberty since i was in the 5th grade and im in the 8th now and i do where a bra like a 34b and c (im not sure if that means anything it was on a test that i took). i have all my adult teeth since i was like 7 (i was tired of pulling out teeth so i pulled them all out).my pants size in womens 0 or 1 in kids like a 14 or 16. one of my brothers(not sure how tall my other brothers are they are like my dads height)is 6 foot.my dad is about 5′8 my mom is 5′2.my dad wheres a size eight shoe my mom is a 7 and my brother is a 13. im a 7 now so i think i will be taller than my mom.i drink nothing but water and milk (mostly water) i like to make my own smoothies with a banana milk and a little chocolate. it use to bother me alot when people would say how skinny or short i am but now ive learn that there jealous so they think it makes them feel better to be mean so when people say that i give right to them. ive always been popular and all and my very first school i was the most popular girl there and i was still the shortest my next school (out in the country)i was popular not as much as i was and i wasnt made fun of except for my bf which at the time he wasnt mine and now my current school im really popular there are lots of short people there so nothing happens with me.i use to take vitamins when i was little but i hated to take them because i was little and dumb. i will take them now but i want the ones that are awsome for growing and bones (thats like the same thing ). and i know im still growing i always get growing pains but my all my brothers are healthy (my parents not so much) so my brothers say that growing pains are a umm i dont know how to spell the word but im not taking enough vitamins. im always cold but when i get like normal body temp i get hot i just burn up so i like being cold better than hot.thats like low on iron i think? i almost never eat breakfast.

1.what should i eat more of in my diet?(it would help if you could like plan out a whole meal day for me like breakfast lunch snacks and dinner)
2.whats the best type of milk i should drink?
3.how much milk should i drink a day?
4.what vitamins are the best to take to grow and for bones?
5.what should i stay away from (foods wise)?
8.how much exercise should i get a day?
9.does streching help with growing(ive heard that people taking yoga grow like 2′ in a year)?
10.is poping your bones bad?
11.how tall do you think i will be?
12.how much sleep should i get?
13.is sitting up straight good?
if you could i would really like it if you could like make a whole day schedule for me (when to wake up eat exercise and stuff like that)
