An update and a really helpful tool that can help you stop emotional eating or overeating! It is at least one piece of the puzzle anyway!

This has helped me switch from soothing (associated with overeating, depression anxiety etc.) to solving (associated with high life satisfaction and not overeating!!!) in the face of life stressors!

Soothing vs Solving in Emotional Eating video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OYAtlhbwkwk

The audio I mentioned “Lessons in Mastery” Anthony Robbins Disc 2 track F

Duration : 0:9:20

I am a total data geek myself so I complete get your questions. I don’t weigh myself but I am guessing I’ve lost about 30 lbs my “goal” was to fit into a size 6 and now I’m a 2/4. As for food..I’ve had cookies every day this week :) Since I now listento my body there are foods i don’t eat anymore cuz I don’t like how I feel so I tend to eat ‘healthier’ foods but it is from the inside out because I want them now to feel good not cuz it is a rule…Email me if you want and I can tell you more!

Ok so I’ve been watching your videos that you made over the past year, and I really do love them. But…I would like some hardcore numbers if you don’t mind. Or at the least maybe some before and after photos? I see your current after photo here…but how much did you weigh before intuitively eating? And are you really eating anything want? Pizza? Cake? McDonald’s? And you lost weight just doing this? A journal of your meals would be great help too. Sorry I’m such a data geek. Thank you! :)
