Get in a bikini and take the worst pictures you can, ex: hamstrings, bra buldge, rolls, all the areas you hate. Post that on your mirror… i bet you wont think twice about gettin your ass to the gym

Its hard to go on diets… trust me i know. But stay to the basics… count your calories and excersise. Ive lost 45 pounds doing that and biking everyday. I dont buy into those wheight lose programs. you can do it on your own.
My basic day consists of lots of fruits and veggies. I measure out a cereal serving for breakfast. For lunch i have a sandwich… with an energy bar or a bag of chips. And dinner i have grilled chicken… or soup… just stick to the basics.
but fruits and veggies are my sucess… they really help you lose wheight. even if you eat bad make sure you stay within you caloric goal for the day. Most women its 1200-1400 calories.. men 1300-1500. For diets.
You can do it! I dont know if that helps… but it works for me. sorry if i ramble! good luck

Ah!…I know the feeling…I used to skip my gym too because I thought it was not helping me. I still had to lose weight, so I tried yoga, I dint need to step out, took only a few minutes of my day , the exercises help not only in losing weight but also in toning of the body. It leaves you more energetic. I found a good instructor and videos online. probably you can give it a try. It’s at http://www.zendle.com/community/store/

Motivivation comes with results, I believe. You’ll see quick results on this plan so you’ll be motivated to continue. Do it for 11 days, take 3 days off, and then repeat it with a new menu. Your hardest days are the first few days when you are getting cravings for sugar, white flour, and processed foods out of your system. The great results will keep you motivated to continue through until you reach your weight goal!

Just think about how great your body/muscles will look after you exercise.
