Im in a diet for weight loss can i eat a Klondike bar 100 calorie sandwich vanilla ice cream bars?

is just 100 calories and calories from fat is 15 and saturated fat is 1g…is these too fatty to eat or can eat this?
No more than one a day should be fine as long as you dont have a lot of other fats in your diet. You should try entering all you eat in a day in a food diary online, it tells you if you had too much fat in the day you’d be surprised!! check it out it will help you..
also if you can dont eat the icecream everyday, even if your diet is lowfat, have it every other day if you can.

Yes and you should try a lot of different food in small amounts. You wont get bored. Any kind of diet you should treat your self to a different treat or favorite food it will make your diet go by easier and take your time the weight will stay off . You will feel so much better and another thing you should do is go try on cloths it well give you a good feeling about your self.
