Weight loss though hypnosis to get serious about weight control?

If you aren’t following your diet and exercise plan (be honest with yourself), then weight loss through hypnosis sessions could make a huge difference.

    Does weight loss through hypnosis really work?
    I went to a hypnotist show, and I bought a CD to help me loose weight. Im a overweight teenager, and I desperately need to loose weight! Does anyone know if it really works? PLEASE HELP.

    The best way to lose weight is to drink a lot of water, eat healthy, and exercise every day. Sorry to say, there’s no trick to losing weight quickly if you want to keep it off for good. Find a way to keep yourself accountable for what you eat and how you exercise every day, and pretty soon you’ll notice the difference! Good luck!

    if its done well yes. somepeople dont obsorb info when sleeping as well as others so you may need to have a one on one hypnosis session(s). The fact of the matter is its mostly in your head, the reason why you dont, exercise, or eat well or whatever it is that makes you overweight. so YES it MIGHT work. some people just dont respond to hypnosis

    Hypnosis for weight loss can really help with motivation, but you still need to act on a daily basis by changing food type/amount and doing exercises.
