I overlooked this easy diet plan at first because of it&#39;s name, but my friend got it and it worked for her. </p>
<p>I was actually getting desperate by the time she told me about it, and I&#39;m glad she did because it&#39;s definitely one of the best diet plans I&#39;ve ever tried. I lost 47 pounds in a little over seven months!</p>

<p>I consume 1200 calories per day<br />
700 come from drinking seven 100 calorie shakes<br />
500 come from eating two meals (with fat)<br />
&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8211;<br />
Total of 1200 calories spread out over 9 meals</p>
<p>I eat all day long.  No willpower is required, people.   No starvation.  Nothing is hard.  Everything is easy!</p>
<p>My diet is so ridiculously easy.  It&#8217;s very Type Z and it&#8217;s working.  You don&#8217;t have to starve.  In fact, starvation doesn&#8217;t work!  I have easily and quickly lost weight in an easy and relaxed manner, in a healthy and positive way.</p>
